Trust and compliance highlights

SOC 2 Type II Certified

Independently audited controls for security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. Type II means controls verified over an extended period, not a point-in-time assessment.

Immutable Record Storage

All archived communications are stored in non-alterable format. Records cannot be edited or deleted by any user, meeting WORM (Write Once, Read Many) storage requirements.

Closed AI Architecture

No client data is routed through third-party AI models or open APIs. All AI processing occurs within Archive Intel's controlled infrastructure.

On-Demand Data Access

Your archived data is accessible at any time, including during regulatory examinations. No export fees. No retrieval delays.

LinkedIn Regulatory Compliance Partner

Listed in LinkedIn's official compliance partner directory for regulatory capture of posts, DMs/InMail, comments, and content.

Contact-Level Whitelisting

Only communications with designated business contacts are captured. Personal messages remain private. The firm controls who is on the whitelist.
